Terms of service.

By creating an account or using Beleeg, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Beleeg on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Beleeg provides multi-tenant league-management software (the "Service"). We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24/7. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where practicable.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer the Service, (b) probe or attempt to bypass tenant isolation, (c) use the Service for illegal activity, (d) attempt to overload the platform.

Beleeg is for running and playing in leagues. Objectionable content and abusive behaviour are not tolerated. That means no harassment, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit or violent material, spam, or anything illegal — in chat, photos, names, or anywhere else on Beleeg.

You can report any message or person, and you can block a person so you no longer see what they write. League administrators can remove messages. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and may suspend or remove the account of anyone who posts it. To reach us directly, write to support@beleeg.com.

Running a league on Beleeg is free. When a player pays online, Beleeg keeps a service fee of $3 per payment (4% for organizations that charge in Colombian pesos), and the card processor, Stripe, charges its own processing fee. The smallest online payment is $5 (20,000 COP). The optional white-label plan is $149 per season, billed every six months until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep the plan to the end of the period you paid for.

Organizers set their own prices and their own refund rules for the people who pay them. When an organizer refunds a payment in full through Beleeg within the league's refund period, Beleeg returns its service fee. Stripe does not return its processing fee.

You retain ownership of all data your league uploads to Beleeg. We process data solely to provide the Service and on your written instructions (the Service itself and these Terms constitute those instructions).

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 60 days; after that, we may delete it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELEEG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELEEG'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO BELEEG IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
